Penthouse with roof terrace in Tribeca, New York. The space is conceived as a raw and open loft with a freestanding staircase to the roof terrace. The loft is framed by the original rough structures, including the freight elevator, and the refined wooden modular panels.

All amenities, including walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms, laundry, mechanical room, and storage are located behind these panels.
